Exit is valid only when the field holds without hidden subsidy, deferred cost, or unresolved dependency on the departing Operator.

Departure must pay its own cost.
Three Gates
No Hidden Subsidy
The field is not holding because someone unacknowledged is paying in silence.
No Deferred Collapse
The loop is not merely delayed. Nothing is waiting to break after the Operator leaves.
No False Carry
Remove the Operator. If the field collapses, the account was never closed.
Return Test
You do not leave when it feels complete.
You do not leave when the pressure drops.
You do not leave when the room looks calm.
You leave when the field carries without you and no unpaid cost follows you out.
A clean exit is not declared by the one walking away.
Invalid Exit Conditions
Fatigue Exit
Being depleted does not prove the work is complete. It may prove the cost was routed incorrectly.
Optics Exit
A quiet room is not a settled account. Silence can be residue wearing a clean shirt.
Permission Exit
Being told you can leave does not close the ledger. Authority can release presence. It cannot erase cost.
Hero Exit
If the field praises the Operator because only the Operator can hold it, the Operator has not exited. They have become infrastructure.
Clean Exit
Clean exit means the Operator can leave without turning absence into debt.
The correct payer is carrying.
The field routes cost without extraction.
The loop returns through 沉 without remainder.
Settlement Audit
- What cost did entry create?
- What cost did intervention create?
- Who is carrying after departure?
- Does the field hold without the Operator?
- Does anyone lose movement because the Operator left?
- Is the next loop clean, or only delayed?
