nəc̓aʔmat — permission & centre
Visual Language Guide
Orientation
📎 Key Insight
Form teaches posture. Cards, pills, and tooltips aren’t decoration—they are rails that keep the reading clear, respectful, and reversible (⦿ posture, ∞ triangulation, ✴ centre).
⚡ Mantras
- Headings are promises; structure is visible.
- Hold two without collapse (⦿, ∞); move only when coherence is ON (✴).
- Identity sealed; structure travels (⌘ carries learning forward).

<abbr> tooltips🔍 Micro‑Lexicon
- Cute cards — outlined tiles that make density readable.
- Resonance pills — minimal glyph markers for wayfinding (not classification).
- Dual‑track — surface line + tooltips for soft context.
Cute Cards (Outlined Tiles)
Most sections are presented in cards to keep reading light while holding density. The outline and padding are deliberate affordances: they slow the eye slightly and make content chunkable.
- Why: clarity, rhythm, and quick scanning across devices.
- How: outlined border, 12px radius, compact spacing, consistent headings.
Headings are Promises ⦿
Every heading is a commitment about what the text delivers. If the scope changes, the heading changes. This keeps the spine honest and the page accountable.
Dual‑Track with <abbr> ∞
The surface line stays crisp; nuance lives in <abbr title="…">label</abbr>. This separates warmth and story from the decision spine without losing either.
- Surface: short, declarative lines.
- Soft layer: tooltips for context, cautions, or definitions.
Resonance Pills (Glyphs)
Small pill badges mark **where** a section resonates—only when the text already warrants it. They are wayfinding, not labels.
- ⦿ S2: internal posture governs movement.
- ∞ S3: triangulation/complexity is in play.
- ✴ S4: nəc̓aʔmat (permission & centre).
- ⌘ S5: Storycraft/Reset (the vessel that carries learning).
Buttons (Compact Blue)
Links that move you forward are shown as compact blue buttons (accessible contrast, minimal padding). Naked anchors are avoided in CTAs for clarity.
Accordions as Cards
Long examples or optional detail appear in native <details> accordions, styled like cards. They keep the main line light while letting you open depth on demand.
BOMB vs Tooltips
- BOMB (block): rare, high‑signal emphasis; visible rail.
- Tooltips (inline): warmth, caveats, soft notes—kept out of the spine.
Accessibility ✴
- High contrast; aphantasia‑friendly (text‑first minimal imagery).
- Tap targets sized via compact buttons; headings are scannable.
- No interior probing; observables first (ethic carried in the form).
Reading Rhythm
Strongly recommended sequence is Book 1 → Book 2 → Book 3 so pieces “snap into place.” Jump as needed; return to centre when lost.
Quick Legend
- Cute card = friendly density container.
- Pill = resonance waypoint (⦿ ∞ ✴ ⌘).
<abbr>= soft context on demand.
