What Regression Is
Regression is not excavation. It is return under constraint. The Agent may look back, but the reader does not get to raid the archive like a raccoon in a filing cabinet. What returns must be authored, observable, or safely approximated through pattern.
What Regression Refuses
Regression refuses forced autobiography, private-story extraction, and the little therapy-theatre trap where “reflection” becomes confession with softer lighting.
Clean Regression Receipt
A clean regression produces a usable past-facing pattern while the person remains author of what is disclosed, withheld, named, or left sealed.
