1) One (1) free Initial Consultation session per client family.
– Follow-up Consultation sessions will be charged at a rate of $100/hr, billed in 15 minute increments.
2) Verbal and/or written confirmation of details pertaining to the provision of service required prior to first session. Confirmation will include at least the following:
– Confirmed payment of first session
– Nature, duration, frequency, and scope of service
– Method and frequency of payments and invoices
* Money-back guarantee applies to the first session only. I provide this guarantee in good faith and reserve the right to rescind this offer at my discretion. The client or I may initiate a refund for one or more of the following reasons:
– Mistrust or discomfort with learning environment, facilitative approach, and/or me
– Inability to provide acceptable service, perceived or otherwise
– Irreconcilable differences in values, beliefs, or preferences that make a genuine connection impossible
– Incurring harm or abuse in any way
– Any other mutually agreed-upon reason(s)
